Our Mission

At FTS, our mission is to empower and support the Tamil community in Feltham and beyond through various services and initiatives. We are committed to enhancing cultural pride, providing essential support services, and fostering a sense of unity and well-being among our members.

Our Services & Support

MMO Charity Support:

FTS is proud to support the Malayaga Makkal Ondrium (MMO) charity, assisting with counselling, education, mental wellbeing, and immigration services. Our free immigration service, IT support, CV assistance, mortgage advice, educational support, job advice, and more are designed to help our community thrive.

Educational Partnership

In collaboration with the West London Tamil School, FTS is dedicated to supporting South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil community children in their Tamil and arts education. This partnership ensures that our young ones have access to quality education in their native language and cultural arts.

World Records Support

FTS is associated with the Cholan Book of World Records, encouraging and supporting talents to achieve remarkable feats. In 2023, Dhanvetha set a world record with 200 hula hoop rotations on inline skates in one minute. In 2024, Sri Vidhya achieved a world record by identifying 150 countries, their flags, and languages in just 3 minutes and 26 seconds.

Annual Celebrations

Deepavali Kondattam

Every year, FTS hosts a grand Deepavali celebration, bringing the Tamil community together with entertainment from television and movie stars. The event features talent showcases, fireworks, and an array of delicious party foods. Seema Malhotra inaugurates the event by lighting the kuthuvilakku, symbolizing the festival’s spirit of light and joy.

Community Support

FTS extends support to individuals from other countries facing health issues or unfortunate deaths, assisting their families with funeral arrangements and providing compassionate support during their time of loss.

Support for NHS Asylum Seekers

FTS is proud to support NHS asylum seekers by offering services in counselling, mental wellbeing, English spoken language classes, and immigration assistance. Our aim is to provide comprehensive support to help them integrate and thrive in their new environment.
