Badrinath started his life in the UK as a student when he was 21. He completed Masters in
International Business at London Metropolitan University.

In 2008 he completed OISC exam (office of immigration commissioner) to become an
immigration Lawyer and started Universal fortune Limited (Specialist in Immigration Law.

From 2009 till 2014 he owned a college called Pinnacle College London in West London. The

college enrolled internationalstudents across Asia (India, Pakistan,Bangladesh, Nepal and

Philippines). Around 300 students have successfully graduated from Pinnacle College London.

From2014 to 2022 he operated an English language school inCroydon namely UKSchool of

English.

From 2017 to till date he also runs a successful care home businessforthe elderly people in the UK

where over 70 people working including British citizens and Foreign nationals.

in 2019 he has passed and OISC Level 3 exam and now he can also deal with complex
immigration matters and appeal at First and Upper immigration tribunals.

He has been a good role model to the young aspiring entrepreneurs from India. At the age of 30 he has established himself as a successful young entrepreneur. He is also an Executive member of BNI

an IndianBusiness Network group in the UK.

His skills are not limited to the working space. He has always maintained a very positive and

friendly attitude towards all his clients. Badrinath Balavenkateshan is also a bit of a philanthropist

and has been involved in charity and community services. He has been an active member of a

spiritual organisation since childhood and involved in spiritual and social activities (Brahma

kumaris Raja yoga meditation). He is a lovable person to have around, is a hard worker and always

tries to create a positive ambiance.

He had successfully processed application for many clients with multifarious services viz
Student visa, Tier1, Post study work, Tier 1 General, Tier 2 General, Permanent Residence,
skilled worker, Global Talent visa, Sponsor license and visitor visas. So far he has
represented 3000 clients for various visa categories with a whopping success rate of 99.4%
He has also helped over 500 small and medium businesses to get skilled worker sponsorship.

Furthermore he also received Asian lite Young Entrepreneur Award in June 2013 held at

Sheridan Suite, Manchester UK.
